Artistic Inspiration

Sunset seemed the obvious name for this cocktail bar for a number of reasons.

When I chose the slab of wood for the live edge top the grain swirls with currents of red and tan tones reminded me of an evening sunset.

And whether you are clinking glasses to shouts of Sláinte! Salud! Cheers! Živeli! or Na Zdrowie!, cocktails at sunset are popular the world over.

To futher the theme, I embedded swallow-shaped inlays to glide along those wood currents away from the setting sun.
